Julian Thibault is the head chef of Verde, a trendy upscale restaurant on Avenue George V. Just 2 steps from the Champs-Elysée, Verde by Yeeels is a tropical haven and has a Mediterranean inspired menu. Along with the food, there’s a tapas bar that features some exotic cocktails. The brunch menu consists of assorted pastries, eggs benedict and other simple yet satisfying dishes. Pair these with a fresh pressed juice and you have yourself a delicious meal.

The place where Henry Kissinger negotiated the Paris Peace Accords in 1973 to bring an end to the Vietnam War is today the site of one of the most elegant restaurants near Champs-Elysée. Both sides of Le Bar Kléber’s walls are draped with two hand-embroidered silk wall tapestries commissioned in Vietnam to commemorate the historical event. Accompanying the tapestries are majestic mirrors and gilded moldings, with the oak-woodwork making for an ornate setting to enjoy your food.
The food stands up to the setting as well. The salmon linguine or the tuna tartare and other rich dishes can be paired with their Head Sommelier's wine choices that are on point. Le Bar Kléber creates an intimate environment to enjoy your food. The Peninsula’s gift to the City of Light.
